Cali Brass formed in 2023 in Los Angeles, California. The ensemble performs modern brass band shows, jazz sets, and classical chamber music performances. Our rich, resonant brass and horns blend seamlessly to create a powerful and vibrant musical landscape, full of depth and dynamic expression. Cali Brass is a genre-blending contemporary brass band that effortlessly combines elements of rock, pop, soul, jazz, and funk. With every note, Cali Brass sends good vibrations of love, happiness, and joy to people through the power of frequency and groove.
The band is currently in residency at the University of Southern California performing on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. The band has also played on stages in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica, Covina, San Juan Capistrano and more.
